By downloading, accessing, or using StaySeen (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StaySeen enables:
StaySeen is not an emergency service and does not contact emergency responders. Do not rely on StaySeen as a substitute for local emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 999/112 (or your local emergency number).
No guarantee of delivery or response. Alerts and notifications can fail or be delayed due to mobile networks, device settings, OS restrictions, battery loss, GPS accuracy limits, outages, third-party service issues, or your trusted friends' availability.
You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your country.
If local law requires parental consent for a child to use the Service, the child may only use StaySeen with parent/guardian consent and supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for the child's use of the Service.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use StaySeen for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must only invite and connect with people you trust and have a legitimate reason to include in your trusted circle.
You must not use StaySeen to harass, stalk, threaten, monitor, or unlawfully track anyone, or to facilitate abuse. You must not attempt to bypass mutual consent controls.
StaySeen may require permissions (including location and notifications) to function. If you disable permissions or background activity, features may not work. You are responsible for your device settings and maintaining a functioning device connection.
You must not:
StaySeen relies on third-party services and infrastructure, including hosting, push notification services, mapping links, and email delivery. We are not responsible for third-party outages or failures.
If you download StaySeen from Apple's App Store or Google Play:
StaySeen and all related software, branding, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk or potential legal exposure, or where required for security, safety, or legal compliance.
If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, any additional terms, pricing, renewal rules, and refund policies will be presented to you at the time of purchase and will apply to those paid features.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or £0 if you paid nothing). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Becama Holdings Limited from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update the Service or these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer laws apply.
